Payment, Cancellations and Refunds


(1) PAYMENT

Full payment is required within thirty days of the issue of an invoice. Regarding advertising in our magazines, invoices will be issued within seven days of advertising being booked. Regarding any design service - invoices will be issued within seven days of the work being completed to the satisfaction of the client. All invoices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rat of 17.5%

Payments can be made via cheque, online payment or credit / debit card. Please call 0845 838 7581 for our bank details or to make a telephone payment.

(2) CANCELLATIONS

Regarding advertising in our magazines; bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before publication with no charge. After this time the full amount of the advertising space will be charged as the artwork will have been printed within the magazine.

Regarding design work - if the client wishes to cancel the project when work has been carried out the work completed so far will be chargeable a £25.00 per hour plus VAT.


(3) REFUNDS

Regarding advertising - If an advertisers artwork which has been produced by us carries a mistake (such as wrong telephone number, spelling mistake, wrong event date) we will refund 50% of the advertising booking cost or issue a credit note towards the unpaid invoice. However, if the artwork was proofed to the advertiser and confirmed via email, post or telephone there will be no refund given. If the artwork was supplied in a ready-made image (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF) format by the advertiser or a design agency acting on the advertisers behalf and remained unedited by us and a mistake was later discovered by the advertiser after printing, there will be no refunds or credits available.

No refunds will be issues for design work carried out at request of the client which is correct and has been proofed and confirmed.
